CZ, compared to SoF, is an active game. It took <US> 2 years to leave SoF to go to BF2 after it was basically dead. Everyone in that game either hacked, or well.... Hacked. Let alone that <US> was an SMG clan made recruiting even worse, yet they still found a way to get more guys in.. However, telling every single person who joins the server to tag up regardless of skill or maturity and sorting them out later on isn't really recruiting, it's just one way of doing things.
Is CZ dying? Yes. Is it pointless to recruit in CZ? No. Is it to the point where a clan can't get back on it's feet? No. CZ compared to a game like SoF, is thriving. However, I would agree it'd be best to focus on different more popular games, instead of a game like CZ.
